I have been using Underwood AC for over a year now and the service has been great.
This was our first time using Underwood. I did my homework and found their maintenance plan was better than others out there. Our tech Chris was nice to work with. Gave suggestions and absolutely no pressure to perform the recommended service. Everything was done timely, and with a smile. I would recommend to anyone.

Adam was fantastic. I was worried that there was a serious issue with my AC unit.there was a nasty smell that I sensed whenever the AC kicked on Adam thoroughly inspected my unit and gave me three great options to choose from. He also was very polite and honest which allowed me to make the right decision at this time. Thank you for your professionalism and definitely in the future I will be calling underwood AC for any and all my AC issues.

Speedy response to an AC problem late at night. Fault found and rectified quickly. Which was essential as rental guests were in the home and upstairs was way too hot to sleep. Another fault occurred within 24 hours on another section of AC. Again an out of hours quick response and system up and running again for the guests. Highly recommend.
