At 4:00 am we found that rain had flooded our house. At 4:30 am I called UWRG and they had a team at my house by 7:00 am. They checked for moisture, removed the water from the carpets and pulled all the foam. They applied fans and dehumidifiers for 2 days and the house is almost back together. The did a great job.

I got quotes from two other companies, but United Water Restoration Group – Arlington offered a much better price. Communication with the owner, Vincent Thomas, was seamless — he stayed in touch directly through phone calls and text messages, which made everything smooth and easy. They have been amazing! Worked and worked with our insurance company (and believe me they put up a fight for us). They did the water restoration on our barn and a complete roof job (deck and shingles) on our house. James keep us posted on everything. Professional, friendly and prompt!! Highly recommend. Roofing crew was great also. They even left things cleaner than before they came!

We recently had Vinny from United Water Restoration Group of Arlington come out to check on what we thought was just a water issue in our daughter’s bathroom. Once our daughter noticed something growing on the ceiling, I called, and Vinny answered right away. He had me send him a quick video and, after seeing it, said he didn’t like what he saw and made arrangements to come out either that same day or the next.
