They took care of my major mold issue! I am extremely impressed with United Water Restoration Group of Arlington. There was a musty smell coming from both of the bathrooms in my apartment, causing me to be sick for weeks. I called up UWRG and they arrived the same day and began work. Outstanding Service from James at United Water Restoration! James made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help our family after we discovered mold in our home. The United Water Restoration team completely removed the mold and left everything spotless. We had to wait about a week before the rebuild could start, but James didn’t leave us hanging — he personally came back and installed our washer and dryer so we wouldn’t have to go to the laundromat. I got called in by a homeowner to do a mold assessment and mold remediation protocol because the first assessor and remediation company messed up the job. United came in and followed the protocol exactly as it was written. They left the job site very clean and built great containments, it's obvious that they care a lot about attention to detail. It's no surprise that this mold project passed clearance the first time. Great job guys.

This company was awesome! We worked with James and his team. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and honest. James did a free inspection and was able to locate the mold in our bathroom. They took care of it for a very reasonable price. I was supplied with before and after pictures which was very reassuring. The process was quick and easy for the homeowner. Everyone on the team was very courteous and seemed like very nice people. I highly recommend this company!

Not sure why this is, but United Water has a real challenge in getting their vendors/subcontractors paid! I've got an invoice as far back as July of 2024 and a couple from early 2025. Their customer service and accounts payable team is of no use and Vincent, the owner of the franchise, just gives us the runaround. If you truly care about your business and want to see it succeed, you take care of the subcontractors.
