I had a leak in house and united water restoration team came in and stabilized it. They were really professional, the owner herself came in and explained us the process. They did demo only for things which should and they were fairly reasonable. They also worked with insurance company and took care of it. They are honest company who's prime job is customer satisfaction. Joe sabo was the best who took care of it and made sure our house was restored
Rob and his team were fantastic. Our leaky tub sent water through the ceiling in the room below. I called UWRG at 6am and talked to the dispatcher. Rob called me back 30 minutes later after having been at another client's house until 3am. Rob personally came out that same morning. Before he left, he had dehumidifiers and air movers going. We were headed out of town the next day, but trusted Rob and his team to come in and finish their work while we were gone. They took great care in their work. United Water Restoration, was very helpful and diligence through the process. Rob,Kendall, and Ms. Karen showed real interest in helping me through it all.
Rob Fischmann, Kindell Parker and Rodney Anderson showed up on time and went right to work. They are very knowledgeable, professional and polite. They located the source of the leak and addressed it immediately. I can't say enough about Rob, he brought in a flooring expert as well as a carpenter, drywall, painting company. Rob managed the entire repair including working with my insurance company. I HIGHLY recommend United Water Restoration Group. They are the BEST!!

Kindell Parker was helpful when I was not sure what to do next. All of the workmen were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, personable and punctual. Working with UWRG was a very positive experience. I will highly recommend them.

I had an emergency that required someone to come out immediately. They were able to have Kindell at my house within hours of me calling. He was very personable. He was knowledgeable on what needed to be done which eased my anxiety. He reassured me everything was going to be okay and it was. His customer service was A+.
