I had an awesome experience with you guys! From the first call, their team was super friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They handled my water damage emergency like pros, taking care of everything from the inspection to the full restoration. They kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure I understood every step. I called last night as I came home to sewer backup in my shower and toilet I immediately called and received such a nice caring man on the phone who assured me they would have someone out to me first thing in the morning. And he did! Erick showed up, very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what was needed. My bathroom looks spotless you cannot tell it was literally in such a mess before he came. Service was quick and efficient! Highly recommend this company. Great experience from start to finish!

I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group of Fredericksburg! When my girlfriend discovered water coming up through the floor in our home, they came out that same night and discovered the source of the problem. Jesse and Ashton were the techs that did the work to get my floors pulled up and set fans to dry the floors and get rid of some mold that had started to form. The whole team was great. They were able to come quickly and start drying out our basement flood the same day. They are very thorough and I recommended them to anyone who has flooding in their home.
