The entire team at United Water Restoration was amazing! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but each person was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. They handled the water damage across all three levels of my home with care and attention to detail. They also stayed in constant contact with my insurance company, which made the entire process as smooth as it could be considering the extent of the damage. I’m so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage!

From the first call to the final email everyone has been so pleasant to work with. Daniel and Paul made several visits and each time called ahead, showed up when promised, and worked quickly and respectfully to clean up our water damage. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. I hope I never need to use them again but would definitely call United if I did.

Daniel and Paul were amazing! They came out to do their free inspection after hours - around 9:30 at night. Daniel was very personable and took his time to explain their method and best practices. They were understanding of the difficult position we were in (having only one bathroom in the apartment). Daniel, Paul, Anthony, and Loniel of United Water Restoration did a great job with the mold remediation in my basement. They were prompt, very professional, extremely careful and did a wonderful job. The attention to detail and information provided during and after the job was greatly appreciated.
