From the first call to the final email everyone has been so pleasant to work with. Daniel and Paul made several visits and each time called ahead, showed up when promised, and worked quickly and respectfully to clean up our water damage. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. I hope I never need to use them again but would definitely call United if I did.

Daniel and Paul were amazing! They came out to do their free inspection after hours - around 9:30 at night. Daniel was very personable and took his time to explain their method and best practices. They were understanding of the difficult position we were in (having only one bathroom in the apartment).
