The entire team at United Water Restoration was amazing! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but each person was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. They handled the water damage across all three levels of my home with care and attention to detail. They also stayed in constant contact with my insurance company, which made the entire process as smooth as it could be considering the extent of the damage. I’m so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage!
United water came out and put in dehumidifier to help clean the air and moisture in my home after a kitchen fire I had November 2024. They demolished my kitchen and and cleaned soot from walls and floors. Unfortunately my insurance took a while to pay them, but they were paid in full plus an overage. The problem is that they have yet to refund the overage of $1480.38 that their attorney stated im owed. Its been five months with me making numerous calls to them as well as the attorney, Nathan Quinn, reaching out to them.
From the first call to the final email everyone has been so pleasant to work with. Daniel and Paul made several visits and each time called ahead, showed up when promised, and worked quickly and respectfully to clean up our water damage. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. I hope I never need to use them again but would definitely call United if I did.
Daniel and Lionel were so thorough in discovering the problem in my house. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were curtious and kind as well as professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with United Water Restoration Group and their service
