I was very pleased from the start to the finish of my roof replacement. No issues whatsoever in the entire process. They worked very closely with my insurance company and walked me thorough the entire claim process and what to expect.
Universal Builders of America was terrific to work with. They had an extremely knowledgeable sales staff, great follow up and very courteous office staff. I highly recommend.
They were great. It took another company so long but as soon as I called Universal Builders of America, they were right on it. They gave me good, quality work. My brother used them as well.
We had a wonderful experience and are very happy with our new roof!
