I am very happy with the work. I have already recommended Universal Builders to 2 of my neighbors for roof replacement.
Now that our project is finished (new roof & new gutters due to hail damage), we are very happy/pleased. Some of our frustrations weren't due to the fault of Universal Builders, but just the nature of negotiating with insurance companies to install premium products (which insurance companies don't like to do). The entire process start to finish was 6 months, and fraught with back and forth fighting between Universal and our insurance company.
