The project manager Chris Darity was excellent throughout the entire process.
Universal Builders of America are very nice and talked with us until we understood the process.
Everyone my wife and I came in contact with was very professional, effective and responsible. This includes Todd, Bobbie, Stacy, Tressa and Jeffrey. Especially Bobbie - who worked through many monetary transactions w/ my mortgage company and patiently explained the process for me. And Jeffrey - who agreed to compensate us when the UB workers weren't able to realign the satellite dish correctly.
The company needs to work on their customer service a little bit. The roofing crew was great, once I got the screens in they were doable. I just need some closure.
