I'm really happy with the work that was done. Chris, the salesperson, went through step by step and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. I appreciated how he went the extra mile for me. The installation was very quick; they brought a lot of guys and they were in an out. I'm a satisfied customer.
I thought the experience with Universal Builders was professional. I knew what to expect and when to expect it to happen. They delivered on everything they said they would.
