They were very professional. They took care of the insurance companies and adjusters. They took care of the worker and made sure they did quality work. We didn't have to deal with separate contractors for each area of work.
I was very pleased with the work and service I received from Universal Builders! Project manager Troy Imes was very helpful in getting me through the process from start to finish of getting my home repaired after a spring wind/hail storm. I needed a new roof, siding, gutters, down spouts, trim and A/C unit replaced. They completed work for several people in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The best thing was communication with their office. I had a lot of difficulty with the insurance company, but I communicated directly with her constantly and she handled all that very, very professionally. I wouldn't talk to anybody else. She was never too busy to talk to me. She didn't get frustrated with me. She was always very positive. positive. After the major storm hit, my roof started to leak put and although they were busy, they put me at the top of list to get it fixed.
