This review has been a long time coming. Universal Self Storage is one of the best storage facilities in Corona. When a friend of mine had to relocate we were on the hunt for reasonable storage units. Awesome storage facility. Very friendly staff. Great rates and super clean. The only knock would be that the gate closes at 7pm but other than that I was very pleased with the company and the unit for the year I was here.
I was looking for a storage facility in my local area. After looking at a few places I came across this place. The facilities themselves are kept clean. Highly secured with security systems all over. You need to punch in And out with your own password every time, which I love. Good way to record who was there and at what time. The staff is also pretty friendly. Zero complaints about anything.
I was a customer of Universal Self Storage for close to 10 years and never had an issue. We've used several storage facilities over the years and this was easily the cleanest operation I've seen and the customer service is top notch. I only hope I can find a similar storage center when we move out of state, which is the only reason we left.
