Windows are really nice. They are pricey though.

The sales person did not explain that the windows were 3 inches narrower than original widows. Also, 5 of my windows face north with a lean to style porch and sales person sold me window tint or solar block. There was no reason to put solar shield on north facing windows. Sales people need to look at the whole situation and explain. When someone spends 10 K on 9 windows, there should be no surprises.

I had recommended after purchasing windows to several family members. After hearing their experience and requesting warranty work, I am more hesitant to recommend. The product itself is amazing. The communication between all departments and with customers needs serious overhaul.
