The installers arrived on time, and were kind, friendly, and were very professional and knowledgeable. They moved from room to room efficiently removing and installing the new windows. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. We do truly love our new windows.
They arrived within the appointment window. They were polite but didn't clean up as well as I would have licked.
there are a few issues I need to speak to someone about. I emailed my salesman on the day of the install(last wednesday) and have not heard from him or anyone.
I am thankful that a friend recommended to me and I will definitely recommend to others!
