I gave 4 stars what else can I say wasn't happy with cleaning of the windows. I figured spending 3 thousand on three windows that he could of at lease clean the windows

While we do ask the installers to wipe down windows to remove anything that was left behind during the manufacturing process, we typically don't polish the windows after install, as there is uncured caulk that we don't want to disturb. Yes I too love my new windows. High quality, professional install, look great, easy to operate and clean, wish I had it done sooner instead of waiting.
