I had some problems with the initial process. After the problems were brought to light, the company did do what they could to satisfy me. At the end of day, they went above and beyond. Their sales needs to be a little better.
My windows look great. I am really happy with them. The two installers were very professional and they did what was advertised. I am glad we selected this company to do our work.

The sales woman was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was friendly and she made us feel at ease.The demonstration she did was effective and I felt comfortable with the purchase.
