If you are in the system, it goes very well. The online process is cumbersome. But once there the wait times were short and the staff professional.

I had a wonderful experience! I am visiting from out of town and developed symptoms and went to urgent care for help. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and the PA were kind and patient with me. I was very happy that they could see my medical records.

It’s a very nice urgent care. My entire visit was about an hour and a half, most of that time was waiting for the PA to be available. But that’s to be expected at any urgent care. Overall it was a good experience.
