The nurse practitioner, Rachelle, and the office manager Sarah and care associate Tasha were wonderful. Unfortunately, the lady that did her vitals an x-ray was unbelievably rude three times. She also physically manipulated my daughter’s neck for the x-ray and with a little aggressive when scanning her neck. This is concerning as she was seen for a neck, injury and possible concussion. The lady just seemed very impatient and cranky. Nobody

The entire team at the UH Urgent Care was awesome. Tony stitched me up and was excellent at teaching the nurse or tech with him. The nurse or tech was very professional and he was a call in from another facility! Impressive!

We have used the online appointment system several times and we have never had to wait more than 10 min to be seen. Front staff and med assistants get you checked in quickly. We saw Tony a PA and he was super kind, efficient and has an amazing bedside manner. Never felt rushed.
