The entire experience was very good from start to finish. I was able to book my urgent care appointment online last night and once I arrive for my appointment, they took me right back. The nurse practitioner was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient as was the rest of the staff. I no longer have a fear of going to urgent care and will definitely go to this location if I need to in the future.

The wait time after arrival was 5 minutes!! Excellent!! The registrar was efficient and friendly!! In the exam room the PA asked if I would mind an observer who is in training,. Of course NP. They were both very nice. PA was very attentive, efficient, and took perfect care of me. I am grateful and actually feeling better today because of her.
