Was a WalkIn visit the check in process was smooth. Was called back within 15mins and seen within 30 mins of check in. The provider ran all testing and I was able to purchase my medication at the office at checkout. Staff was welcoming and listened to my concerns.

Each staff member I came in contact with was very professional and helpful, starting from the pleasant greeting I received walking in the door. They were very efficient in taking me back to get care, as well as explained things as we went. Office was spotless. Provider took his time with me and I did not feel rushed.

I made an appointment, but I didn’t need to. A Sunday afternoon found the office not busy at all. I was taken to triage quickly to check my vitals. After that I waited for the doctor to see me. And waited, and waited, and waited. Seemed like a long time. But, the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly,

The new Urgent Care (Broadview Heights) is a great addition to what UH provides. Having multiple rooms for patients, the area for pre-evaluation (BP, temp, etc.) is great. As always the staff are caring and compassionate. Thank you.
