Caleb was so kind and understanding on the phone when I called. When I arrived, Caleb greeted me as soon as I entered and got me started on what I needed to do for my appointment. I did not have a long wait and the nurse who took my vitals was also very helpful, friendly and understanding of my pain and health situation. The entire staff was very welcoming and pleasant. My daughter was seen for an ear infection. We were taken back and seen within a very timely manner and we did only about 10 minutes from the time of our appointment. The physicians assistant, Rachel was wonderful. My daughter is only five and was very and she put her right at ease. She explained everything, including her thought process and plan in detail and did a great job of making my daughter feel comfortable.
Everyone was extremely friendly, efficient. I had made an appointment Online to go in. I thought I had fractured the top of my foot, however, the x-rays they did right then and there showed nothing was wrong. I was very relieved, obviously. I would highly recommend them for any of your urgent care needs.
Everyone is so nice here. The receptionist, the nurses, and the doctors. I highly recommend going here. It is the only urgent care facility I use now. Wait time is always good, and I always feel like everyone there really cares about you as a person, not a number.
Hands down THE best urgent care experience ever! Exceptional staff and customer service! Quick and easy check-in, amazing Doctor, and quick medication sent to my pharmacist. I cannot say enough great things about this urgent care location!!!!!
