Great experience. Easy to schedule a slot, fast check-in. Respectful, polite, professional, and competent staff. We brought our 4 year old and he was very unhappy to see a doctor at all, but was nothing but smiles and pleasant because the radiology tech/assistant that helped us and the doctor were so nice. Thank you! Will not hesitate to return.

The team at the new UH Urgent Care, specifically the physician I saw for my visit, were nothing short of remarkable. Everyone was so kind, quick, thorough, and compassionate. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of quick care! Such a blessing to our community to have this team available when you need it most.

My wife was seen today at the clinic, made an appointment on line. Even though the waiting room was full, front desk Busy!!! Receptionist worked quickly and efficiently, and was always pleasant. Was taken to room relatively quickly. Staff was excellent working quickly , everyone was Very attentive. Glad we went to this clinic

What a great experience even though you feel like crap. Easy to schedule and register online. Many appointments available. Nurse and my provider Rachel, were efficient and really listened. Registration staff were friendly, helpful, and well informed. Facility was clean and very up to date. Well definitely return here again when in need of an urgent care.

The facility is new and beautiful. I felt very welcomed and was attended to quickly. Lilly escorted me back and took my vitals. She was super cute and friendly. Once in my room, Dr Loos came in and was easy to talk to and very professional. Once i was done, it was a quick process and off i went. All in all, i highly recommend this Urgent Care as it is a great experience and you are seen by an actual Dr. at this location.
