I am so thankful for this place. I am getting over COVID, and I was having terrible ear pain. Of course my ear pain was getting worse on the weekend when the Dr offices are all closed. It was so easy to go online and get signed up for an appointment. All the paperwork you need to do is right there on the website and you fill it out once you have signed up for an appointment. Son had a medical concern. The staff addressed quickly and kindly and thoroughly, and we were on our way. What a nice group of people. I joked with one of the staff members that I think I might just start walking in there just for the kindness of the place. The PA (way to be awesome Rachel) who attended to my son was excellent. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend this facility. Super quick and easy. Very kind staff. I was able to sign in online which led to a very simple walk in. I was greeted as soon as I came in. I also loved the fact that they don’t ask you to let them know aloud in the waiting room why you’re visiting, they have you write it down. Very kind and quick to take care of me. I rarely go to the doctors but I have an infection from a wound on my shin and they were excellent at taking care of me. They cleaned my wound bandaged it gave me antibiotics and referred me to the wound clinic. Too bad they can’t just take care of my at this facility because they were all amazing. Keep up the good work. I will definitely refer people to you. And I will be back again.
This place was beautiful. Very fast and friendly service. The lady at the front desk was friendly and informative, great customer service. The nurse taking us back was kind and explained each step to my child, so she wouldn’t be scared. The nurse was so generous. The doctor came in and was very informative on my daughter’s illness, and provided steps on what to do at home. I wish the doctor had his own office. The best doctor my daughter has seen.
