Everyone was very welcoming. Erik Johnson answered all my questions and concerns. I always chose this UH urgent care.

I signed in online for a 4:00 appt today. Got there no waiting. Filled out paperwork on line ahead of visit. They gave me a mask ( because I was there for illness and cough) which I appreciated. The dr saw me right away. I was able to fill my meds right there which saved me a trip. Dr was very personable and my visit was quick. I will keep that in mind the next time ai am under the weather. Really appreciate how kind everyone was.

Great experience. They were amazing with my toddler. Chloe and Brittney at the front desk handled my check in with ease. Erica triaged my son and asked all the questions needed. She was very good with him. Ashley the provider made him smile and giggle despite being sick. She put us on a course of action which will hopefully make my little guy feel better soon

Wow! Same day appointment. Checked in easily. Taken to a room promptly. Lab sample taken immediately and analyzed promptly. Prescriptions sent to pharmacy right away. I have my meds and am on the mend

I didn’t even sit and wait long to be called into the back. The nurse kept me informed about the time the dr would be coming to talk to me.all staff were polite and caring, and was treated with respect.
