I received a sports physical. I pre-booked my appointment and checked-in all prior to arrival. Simple and easy to do. Once there, all I had to do was get the physical. Easy process.

I made an appointment online. Arrived a few minutes early. They took me back promptly. Everyone front the front desk, to vitals, to the PA were friendly and caring. I was seen quickly, diagnosed, and was able to get my antibiotics right there (which meant I could get home and rest!).

your staff was slammed with people. on a holiday weekend only one person was attending walk ins. it took a real long time to get registered. we went online to preregister ahead to make sure we can be seen . well that went by the wayside. almost an hour in line. the staff was great and were always listening no rushing. staff were not to blame.
From the time I walked through the door everyone was friendly.. Rachel was awesome! She was very personal and explained things and made sure I understood everything. Jess was very pleasant and did an awesome job too!
