The nurse practitioner-Heather was skilled and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything about the procedure, and personally gave me the discharge instructions. I was concerned about a week-old injury to my right hand, which was still swollen and painful in a different way than originally. X-rays showed no broken bones. I asked for and received an immobilizing brace and advice on wound care going forward. I am very satisfied and will use the UH Urgicare in the future.
