The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful! The facility was very nice and super clean. The nurses were friendly and helpful in getting me diagnosed and filling my prescriptions right there (big bonus!) This will be my go to place for any urgent care needs. Thank you!

My first experience with care at University Hospital. The front desk staff was excellent. The registration process was easy and efficient. The nurse practitioner-Heather was skilled and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything about the procedure, and personally gave me the discharge instructions. Grateful to have such an outstanding urgent care facility in Medina.
