Ashley went above and beyond. What I saw an ear infection in an earring spot; what she noticed was a lump, found out there was a back stuck in there as well. Numbed the ear, dug it out and got everything taken care of quickly with limited pain for my girl.

Bad experience to say the least. Wanted medical help for frostbite toes. They are blistered and purple. Nurse walked in and said not much we can do about frostbite. Then said let me go ask the doctor. Came back saying it’s frost nibble. Neither one bothered to look at my toes. I said could you at least tell me if I have blood flow to my toes.
