Ashley went above and beyond. What I saw an ear infection in an earring spot; what she noticed was a lump, found out there was a back stuck in there as well. Numbed the ear, dug it out and got everything taken care of quickly with limited pain for my girl.

Front desk was pretty abrupt about credit card on file. I did not realize until I left that it was set up for auto pay. That is not right. People should be able to see the charges and EOB first. I was the only pt and it still took 20 min for PA to come in. I was there for an eye issue. The PA decided to listen to my lungs, why?? He could see i was just at my dr for a physical last week. Urgent care did not have all the equipment to check my eye. Just seems like a money making place.
