I had stopped by the office the other day to tour. The front office staff were great! The agent that gave me a tour was very informative and answered my questions. If accepted to Kent State, I would definitely live at University Oaks as it is so close to campus.

Great apartment complex! Really nice staff that answers all your questions and concerns. I would recommend anyone live here especially if you're a student because it's right next to campus! Amazing community!
Solid apartment complex! Nice staff that are attentive whenever you need. Only downside (or upside depending on how you look at it) is that the towing services are ON TOP of their stuff, so for the love of all that is good. Get a visitor pass. Thanks for reading cutie
University Oaks feels quite safe. I enjoy having the leasing office readily available. The only thing that ever gets on my nerves could be parking struggles, but other than that University Oaks is a great place to live at.
I LOVE living at university oaks. University Oaks is extremely affordable and you get a fully furnished apartment for the cheaper price you are paying. The staff and maintenance here is so responsive. We had an issue with mildew above our shower and minutes later a maintenance staff member was in out apartment for almost an hour removing and spraying our ceiling with a chemical so it would go away. My daughter lives here while attending school. She has had a great experience. Complex is very safe and staff is very responsive and friendly. It's an older complex, but the units are spacious and priced better than others in the area. She has had no complaints!!
Value and great location. Go University Oaks! Many options for apartments and covered parking is available
Nice place, no hassle's but be warned about the renter's insurance policy you will be forced to sign up for. The cost $147.00 wasn't too bad, but in the fine print is an automatic renewal to your credit card. If you kid moves, you have to go thru the cancellation headache after your card has been charged.
I really enjoy living at University Oaks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and clean. They have nice facilities such as a weight room, a pool, and a clubhouse with pool tables and a laundry room. I plan to live here next year as well.
