University Animal Hospital has been caring for my pets for over 20 years and I am so thankful for the exceptional care that they have provided over the years. The reception staff (Justin, Lauren and Leilani) is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sherri Basso is my cat’s veterinarian. Unfortunately, we had to make the hard decision between quality of life and our desire to keep our loving cat of 20 + years a little longer. Ultimately we decided it was best to put our little purr ball's quality of life ahead of our desires. Dr. Patel is out of this world AMAZING! She took her time explaining to my fiancé and I every detail of what she knew about our cat’s illness. It was touch and go with our cat to the point we were prepared to say goodbye but, thanks to the efforts of Dr. Patel and the team here, our cat is making a full recovery!
