What a scam. Got a free estimate to fix my RV. Came back 13k to fix my roof. We decided to get a second option and went to pick it up. No work hand been done except the estimate. They want to change me 5700 and some change for storage from Friday to Tuesday. They are holding my RV unless we go with them. What a scam Stay away from these people.
We took our motorhome to Unlimited Collision & RV on Tues 11/8 to get a free estimate. We had an appointment for 10am. When I went inside the office, I was told that I needed to sign a generic work order in order to get the estimate. I questioned if this was really necessary, but Sherry insisted it was. So, I signed. Dropped off my van on Monday for a insurance repair. Called Friday and was told they can't do the repair. Had to used my 5 days car rental for nothing.
I dropped off my 2021 jeep gladiator on 9/12/22 to have minor body work done (tail light and fender). After being told the parts for repairs are on backorder I had to pickup my truck since my rental coverage was expiring. I finally picked up my truck on 10/11/22 and was told they had to jump start my truck to get it going. I was told it was more than likely the battery. Once home the truck would not start again. Three months ago dropped off our 2022 brand new 42ft Toyhauler for major repairs to right slider after a hit and run. Took it to these people and constantly had to call Kevin to get updates and status throughout the whole process. Fridge also needed to be replaced as warranty issue. When the new fridge arrived, they didn't even open the box to see if it was the right one. Which it wasn't. The shipped fridge was much larger. So we had to wait an additional week. Recently bought a car from a online company, when it arrived we found that their had been body repair that was not disclosed and their was overspray on rear quarter window molding. Contacted company and they asked me to get an estimate, so I went onto Unlimited's website and uploaded pictures (circled the areas that needed addressed) and described what needed to be done.
