I took my 1970 vette in for minor repairs and paint job . Kevin Schemers told me several times that nothing left his shop unless it was done right !! Well $4,708.77 latter, there is still some chips in the paint plus hood not lined up, both headlites out of line and markes on them both ! Was given an a completion date...exceeded it by a week.initially there was great communciation...until it was clear that they were not going to be finished when they said they were...then----silence... Upon picking it up, there were trim parts left laying on top of the engine, the wrong battery cover and a "clunking" sound when opening and closing the door. Been over a week since picking it up the second time...still waiting for someone to call and tell us the battery cover is in...if it is...we don't know, because no one f... read more
In my opinion they are a bunch of crooks. They do not honor their own formal quotes and then up-charge the bill before they will release your RV back to you. There word means nothing. I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone else. Beware-you will not get what you thought you would get. Allan Roberts May 4/19
Very disappointed !!!! I needed some work done to my RV so I called and you asked for $ 205.00 to get someone to come and see what I needed to be done. Josh the Mobile rv repair man come at the scheduled time . We come to the conclusion that the motors to the slide out on my rv needed to be replaced. he ( Josh ) assured me that he would get me back on the road with in two to three days. Originally when I took my car for an estimate I worked with the owner and he was very polite and helpful and returned my emails in a timely manner. I left my car there and was told it would take between 7-10 days to repair. I got a call a few days after I had dropped off and the message said it wouldn’t be ready until next Thursday, which would have been more than the ten days. If you take anything here, make sure you call and check the status EVERY day because they may just completely forget to order the parts needed for your repair and forget it's even there. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone based on our experience.
