We took it to our mechanic and he adviced us it was in good shape. Few days later the rear window quit working, we stopped by and they took care of it. Purchased a Chevy Camaro at Unlimited Motors, Purchased the vehicle Flew down to get it and the dealership was awesome! My sales person was very busy at the time bet they knew I was flying in and they had picked me up at the airport took me to the dealership, My sales person spent about 45 seconds greeting me and handing me my paperwork! I bought a 24 grand highland hybrid on October 20. While I had a pleasant enough sales experience that night, I will not return for another purchase 😢 After hearing the brakes make noise and feeling a vibration, my husband went out and found 3 error messages. We reached out on October 24 and were told to contact a Toyota dealership.Toyota looked at them and said that the rotors were rusty for sitting so long. We were quoted almost $2000 to fix my 4 day old car. 😭
Saw initial promise but turned into a complete waste of time and energy. Tried to stuff products and hidden fees into the final sale price after agreeing to purchase a vehicle. Also pushed incredibly unreasonable finance rates (until they were backed into a corner). Last straw was they pulled back at the very last moment on covering the shipping fee, which was a pre-negotiated commitment as a part of the deal. They lost a sale for ~$600. My husband went to look at a 2012 BMW X5M. While test driving it we had it looked at and scanned to see if there were any "Red Flags" due to how low the miles were on it. Everything seemed to check out no major damage and nothing to make us think there was anything wrong with the vehicle. We paid cash for the vehicle that night and took it home. I bought a 2020 Lexus RC 350 from their Westfield location in early July 2024. Communication was excellent prior to purchase. The vehicle had a few issues that the dealer failed to disclose prior to me driving 4 hours to finalize the paperwork but they made the cosmetic issues right after I brought it to their attention.
