Please beware when purchasing a used car from this dealership. I drove from out of town to purchase a used vehicle from this location. I purchased a warranty after being pressured by salesman and told this was a bumper to bumper and not to worry. Drove the car home and parked it. Worst car buying experience ever! Bought an $82,000 G-Wagon from them and it's been nothing but problems since I got it. Was promised a 2nd key and never got it,,,,stay away from this place!
Absolute con artists at the Noblesville location. They agreed on a price for a vehicle and after driving an hr to buy it, they suddenly couldn’t sell it at that price, wanted almost $3000 more, and then claimed I talked to a different person and that they never agreed to a price. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!
Here's a message to the owner Adel Elhaj, i'm not gonna sell my house again and i'm not gonna call you, you have my number cause you hacked my phone, you have my address cause you spy on me, and you know everywhere i go cause you have a tracker on my vehickle. As expected. .......the transaction went as expected TILL.the car got delivered. My wife and I got to watch the JUKE come off the ramps and bottom out on the street doing what is at this point 4K in damages. Freefall of the last 18 inches or better in height. The transportation co does not return or answer their phone. This is a message to the owner Adel Elhaj, apparently your not picking up on the hint so i'll spell it out for you. Im not gonna take you my phone and just hand it over not unless i get what i want. I dont care how bad you want it, its not like i stole it. Its my phone and its not my fault you hacked it and your dumb enough to let me find out about it. "You could have just called....." One Monday I found a great car at the Unlimited Motors Westfield lot. I went in drove it, came back with another family member that afternoon and drove it again. "Disappointed" We purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX in February. The car is mechanically sound and they did a good job cleaning the interior. We have two issues that have resulted in the one star rating. 1. We discovered that the air compressor that comes with the Cadillac was not present. "We purchased a 2009 suburban " we purchased a 2009 suburban about a week ago the transmission is going out that rear window doesn't work windows wiper on the back doesn't work defroster on the window doesn't work alternator quits every now and then basically we bought a $10000 piece of Junk. And we told sale man we were goi g on a vacation to Florida. Sad that he sold us something that needs so much work .
