"Disappointed" We purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX in February. The car is mechanically sound and they did a good job cleaning the interior. We have two issues that have resulted in the one star rating. 1. We discovered that the air compressor that comes with the Cadillac was not present. We called and was assured the owner would have the message on their desk and call the next day. Noting but silence. No call. "We purchased a 2009 suburban " we purchased a 2009 suburban about a week ago the transmission is going out that rear window doesn't work windows wiper on the back doesn't work defroster on the window doesn't work alternator quits every now and then basically we bought a $10000 piece of Junk. And we told sale man we were goi g on a vacation to Florida. Sad that he sold us something that needs so much work .

"Horrible Customer Service" I spoke with a sales person over the phone in regards to a vehicle I saw on the internet. From the beginning of the call, the sales person was very rude. I asked if the vehicle was still available and his response was basically yes and why you asking. I asked if an all cash offer 900 below the online price would be accepted and he emphatically stated NO and went on to explain how his vehicle are the very best priced vehicles and the prices are non negotiable. "HORRIBLE, SHADY, DECEITFUL" DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP ! BEWARE ! They sold me a car that quit running after 36 hours, couldn't get them to call me back, every call to Anji went to mailbox, tried every mailbox they had, all was full, finally a person answered he said he would give Anji the message to call me back that was 14 days ago ! "worst car buying experience I have ever had" My experience with this dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased what was suppose to be a "like new" Super Charge Range Rover. The car was delivered and was not in the condition that it was represented as being online. It had more miles on it than what was shown on the odometer statement. There were numerous chips in the paint and the check engine light was on. There was no manual, no paperwork and only one key. "09 Cadillac CTS / Less than a month and its broken down." Bought the car on the 28th of January haven't even made a car payment and it's broken down on the side of the road. I see why you guys insist so much on buying the $3000 extra insurance. Hopefully what ever is wrong with it is even on the insurance plan. Bought at the Noblesville dealer.

"Terrible experience" I bought a Dodge Durango that had a damaged computer screen. It took them six weeks to fix the screen. Not once was I contacted during those six weeks to inform me about the status of the car. When I tried calling Unlimited Motors, either my calls were not answered or I was forwarded to a number that did not answer. For six weeks, I paid the loan for this car but was not sure if I will ever actually get the car. "Miserable experience " Do not trust the dealership, I was told that they would correct a mishap with a check and again they tried to cash a check in less than 2 weeks, I have incurred charges from my bank and embarrassment to me, I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever!

"Misled and lied too" I purchased a vehicle(2007 Lexus RX 400H) from Indy’s Unlimited Motors on the night of 12-17-15. I was told that the vehicle had been put thru a thorough inspection and in great condition. The next night(12-18-15) while driving on the highway the power steering light came on and the car lost power steering.
