Verified Renter We have lived at Uptown for 2 years now and love it. If we weren’t relocating out of state we would be staying here longer. The townhomes are beautiful and have so much natural light. The two car garages make a huge difference in making us feel settled, too. Maintenance is always very fast to respond and very friendly and courteous. We feel well taken care of in this community.

Verified Renter Uptown Apartments has made my first-time experience living in an apartment enjoyable. I selected Uptown because I desired a home with a modern kitchen, ample storage, and lots of natural light. The location is convenient for travel and has walkable food, and shopping options. The community is quiet overall, and I rarely hear neighbors through the walls. The only thing missing is a nearby park or nature spaces to enjoy the outdoors and controlled rent increases for existing tenants.
Fantastic rental I lived in Uptown Ann Arbor for a year in a third story apartment in 3154. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. The office staff were always kind and accommodating. The property was well kept, clean and maintenance was available 24/7 for any needs. The pool was pristine and quiet. The gym was beyond top notch with advanced equipment.
