Verified Renter I am really impressed with these new apartments. They feel like home. Both Ashley and Tyler have been amazing throughout the leasing process and worked hard to get the unit best suited for my family. I feel like we are in good hands!
Worst Living Experience of My Life Lived here for just under a year and to say the experience was miserable is an understatement. Upon move-in, we discovered that the previous tenant had caused significant damage to the apartment, and it seemed that no one had done a walk-through after (or did and didn't care). It's in Shambles, but Average Uptown caters to the college student as it's safe and enjoyable to live here. The main building has workout equipment and free beverages. Mail service is reliable. I really had no major issues with the employees, except they were short and cross with me several times. I didn't care though because I headed out for Grad school in another State.
