First time and I'm very happy with the whole experience.
I went for my first appointment here yesterday and they were absolutely amazing! I decided to try this place out after my sister went and I’m so happy I did. The office is beautiful and clean and the staff is so friendly! I’ve found it hard over the past few years to find a dentist who I can trust but these ladies made me feel so comfortable! Thank you Urbana Family Dental Care!
Best dental experience. close to home, Dentist is cool, staff are all very personable and comforting and no pain. My entire family will soon be visiting this place for their dental needs.
RecommendedEverything is wonderful there. As someone else noted never any waiting. I've had extensive work done and have more to go. So I can recommend them for everything from cleaning to dentures.
I did some cleaning work for this business and I had my little guy with me ( I normally don’t take him but this was last minute ) , and the owner offered to let him stay upstairs while I completed work , these women and owners was absolutely amazing ! While I worked they played with him the whole time . He had such a great experience! The whole team was so nice and made you feel very comfortable there. Great experience for me and my 4 year old daughter! They were extremely friendly and professional. My daughter loved the TV and getting a goodie bag. I enjoyed chatting with the receptionist, hygienist and doctor. The place was very clean, we were in and out within an hour. I will definitely be going back!!
Guess this is no surprise I'm giving 5 stars lol The place is beautiful and clean. Every single person we talked to was just so friendly and happy and you can just tell they actually love their job! That kind of vibe definitely spreads and puts off such a positive vibe throughout. Plus they were all great with my 6 year old who is the actual patient and everything was explained to me so I could actually understand it since I am not a dental hygienist.. �
