The secretary was pleasant, welcoming and helpful. However I did not appreciate having to fill in what seemed like a book after answering a whole questionnaire on line in the office. The person who examined me was competent but I was surprised she was not a doctor. Her diagnosis was right as my knee pain is getting much better. Thank you to the whole team. Nadia
