Dr. Mike was excellent and so was Pharmacist however the front desk staff repeatedly keeps me waiting and ignores me. Makes checking in unpleasant. May have caught Covid was waiting so long even though I had an appointment!

I am here on a visit and developed an ear infection. I was able to come in as a walk in on Saturday late afternoon and be seen. My wait time was very short and the staff was very pleasant and professional. Since the doctor knew I was scheduled to fly home in just a few days I was offered 2 injections to help speed up my recovery time in addition to also writing me some prescriptions.
