DO NOT GO HERE. I went on a Sunday morning and needed an Xray of my ankle, and elbow. They said my insurance wasn't going through, and said I would have to pay 260 if I wanted to be seen. I told them I would pay it and then call my insurance company on Monday. I was in pain and didn't have many options on a Sunday. I called my insurance company the next day, and they said it is covered. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. If you have insurance they will try and charge you the full amount even if they are an in-network provider. I tried to question why so much $$ in the office and got a run around answer while paying at the same time being rushed in to see the doctor. After I saw the doctor. I showed front desk and the manager my plan on my phone and they just gave another run around answer and to contact my insurance company. I reside in New York State and I had a travel on vacation to Florida. Unfortunately, I got sick and I checked through my insurance if this Company was covered under my insurance. Looks like it was.. They make me paid $160 co-pay outfront. They submitted the bill to my insurance and my insurance paid them full amount of the visit now they’re not willing to give me my money back. The worst officers ever see the people are nice. I went in there I was sick. I tested Covid. I got the test results in three days. I told him I was getting on a plane instead I infected people next to me and around me. I just called to get a renewal of a prescription they want you to come in or do a video I told him I'm sick. I don't wanna contaminate the office but I'm looking for a co-pay and something to bill insurance company for that should be closed down. If you like to contact me, they can stay away.

Look for Another good place to go about your health, look for somewhere else at where you can find professionals to see you and you will not have to wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes ; they rush you to pay and when you said it's over the time limit for waiting they don't want to refund your money. Is this an urgent care ? .

The worst customer service and not professionals you will be seeing by a NP or AP not by a doctor ..you wait for more than 1 hour and they rush you to pay and when you said enough they take more time to reimburse your money. Abusive and no efficient " urgent care" I will switch the name and attention by " delay care". Don't come here ever!
