Actually, the way you are running the Urgent Care is great. Wait time isn't too long and every time we go there the nurses and doctors are so nice and do their job well.
It was thorough and we were out in less than twonhrs. I felt comfortable with results given. Thank you for quality care.

The only negative things I can think of is the wait time while in the lobby. It would be nice if the girls at the front desk could keep the patient informed on the wait time. Like they could tell the patient how many people are in front of you when signing in & occasionally keep us informed for example tell us that there are 3 people in front of us with a 15 or 30 more minutes before seeing the doctor.
