Not make you wait so long after you have gotten in your room. When there are kids waiting in a room for over 30 min they get tired. That has happened when you were not that busy. Put kids in room at the last minute. Otherwise love the place. Been coming for 5 years.
Everything was done in a timely manor and the Dr explained every thing well.the nurse explained the use and care of the boot to me. Good experience.
