App needs redone too many error messages
So many errors and the app crashes a lot
All the time showing something went wrong! Impossible to mark your shipments and respond to customers. Y'all making enough money off of us fix or take it slam down!
They have uninsured drivers and companies! I Hired Cody Baker lf US Logistics (he's the owner and only employee) out of Montgomery TX. He has no truck or company insurance, dosnt have a driver's license and has no tags on his truck. He damaged my trailer and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am not using any hotshot service because of my experience with him and Uship app. This app isn't responsible but has 0 veting of their users. BE EXTREMELY SKEPTICAL!!
App updated, now there is a bunch of bugs. Old bids are still there. Asking for another quote on items not bid on.
Constant errors! This app crashes, locks, forces you to reload, almost CONSTANTLY. I have to make sure I copy ANYTHING I type before submitting because 9 times out of 10 it will give an error and you lose it all. Trying to repsond to customer with the app is almost useless, I usually stop and get on the laptop.
Says error something went wrong we are looking into it when I attemp to sighn in?
Probably one of the worst apps I've ever used. For a company that uses this for business it is not user friendly at all. Complete junk
Disabling copy and paste in password field is extremely annoying and stops people from using password managers. Uninstalled.
