App is not that great and it's missing a lot of options that are available in the desktop version. I tried using the messaging icon to contact the shipper, since I'm overseas, and all it does is transfer me to my PayPal app. Doesn't make any sense. If calling is not an option, how am I supposed contact the shippers??
Web site sucks no help for anything
Wouldn't work with my Android. Location wouldn't enter when searching for a shipment.

Worst app ever..constantly crashes
I'm struggling with it. I go the site and it says error. It's not hard to set up so I can't imagine why it would not access the site.
Need to take a larger variety of bank cards and debit cards so it doesn't take 4 to 5 days to get your money. Also need to modify the phone app and computer program so there more alike favoring the phone app which is easier to navigate search and quotes and make the phone app more user friendly as far as getting into your account, inbox, profile, shipments etc And making it possible to put multiple locations on computer program like you can do on phone app etc making app/pc prog. faster.
Would be a great site, except terrible customer service and they take way too much % of a load....more then any dispatcher out there
The app is slow and horrible, this company is greedy and unwilling to help anyone, they charge insane fees no matter how long you have shipped with them. If they feel you are in violation of any of their rules they will lock your account and refuse to release paymenr for items you have already delivered to people. Horriblez greedy, useless company. For the 20% fee they charge they dont enforce any payment between customer and shipper, and dont help enforce terms and agreements from the shipper.
