Can not log on . I have a load to ship with a carrier and cannot expect price .
Yeah worst app ever invented just reset my password and it worked for 5 minutes. Then logged me out and it wouldn't let me log back in. Made a new password, still no dice. Glad my livelihood doesn't depend on this company.
Constantly logs out and won't let you sign back in. "Error...."
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company to work with. The site goes down all the time and because they only work certain hours, if the site goes down during non business hours than there is nothing you can do until staff comes back to work there next day. Oh and Sundays they see off. They make Also they charge 20%+ on shippers receiving payment. That's a pretty big chunk of change for the ones making this app. That's like taking 20%+ out of your paycheck just for using their site.
Please bring back the old app! This update constantly gets hung up. I never had one issue with the old app.
I will rate this again. I have to reload it 3Xs a day. My phone app was one of the best. Now this is NUTS. Reload again and again, hey guys doing download again. third X this weekend. Will this ever get better. Had to redownload 5 Xs this weekend and again this Monday morning. Undate January the 12th. I have not been able to get on the app sence Friday. I called the help line and no help. Was told that it must be me. Yep it must be me. The next time I called I was told they may have a problem.
It wont even let me login
This app is terrible after the update. Uninstalled.
I can login and use website just fine. Actually great. The app is a totally different story. If I can even login in the first place most of the menus and search tools never work right. Just use chrome. Don't waste your time with the app.
