I’m very disappointed in their costumer service. My husband order and paid for parts to be shipped. The parts have never arrived. He was told from Utah trikes he had to put in a claim in with USPS. USPS tells him it has to be the sender of the parcel that puts in the claim. USPS also tells him that they never received the parcel from the Carrier Utah trikes used to ship it to USPS for international delivery. I ordered my Catrike Dumont from Utah. The trike showed up with some visible shipping wear. The shifter looked like the corners were polished. The boom was completely the wrong length and I had to have several chain lengths removed despite giving an accurate measure of my x-seam. The locking brake they installed did not lock. Order a cnc battery bracket from here after hearing how nice they are got this in mail they drill holes after part was finished and they don’t call you back I talked to Dylan and he had bad customer service and the I don’t care attitude I got it Monday and still don’t have anything resolved and I need it To get my catrike done

Tim, we replied to your email but it bounced back as your return address is set to chater.net instead of charter.net. Our shops drills out the holes for 6mm because that is what all of our batteries use. Let us know if you'd like to return it or if you'd like one only with the smaller 5mm holes.
Not happy about their lack of response. Tried to buy a rack from them for my Catrike and had some questions about it since it says on their website to let them know which trike you need it for but they never got back to me and now they are out of stock. Contacted them several times online and can see they read my message but did not reply and left voicemails...nothing. Wonder how it would be when buying a trike. Zero communication. Disappointed!
