The experience I have had from start to finish with UtahTrikes has been one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a company. I was very apprehensive about ordering via the internet but the service, response and help (with the many emails of questions, etc). Every person I talked to, knowledgeable and courteous. We received the Rover/Tandem yesterday and proceeded to test it and before we new it, we rode 10 miles... AND LOVE IT. Thank you Utah Trikes.

I'm still having issues with the following: 1) having the issue of the "popping" - have tried tightening the spokes as you suggested and I still have the popping noise and it appears to be getting louder. I also notice that the one wheel doesn't run smooth/straight and has a slight wobble. So now I"m thinking it is more the axel? can you please advise? 2) Also - I tried to loosen the cable for the rear brake per your suggestion and it still grabs and "locks" so could use more assistance on trouble shooting this so it p... read more
