Rayna McCarty is one the most knowledgeable customer reps I have ever met. She was helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed speaking with her and her helpfulness was fabulous
Tanny was awesome!! She helped me work through the process being a first time user of deregulated electricity. She also explained TX law regarding cancellation fees. Using this service was so much easier than researching individual websites.
