I moved 3weeks ago and have been working with Vincent b. he has been amazing from day one I had some issues that were very stressful with att and without hesitation Vincent was on if and took care of it right away even tho it was not his fault I am so impressed with his level of customer service I will use him again every time I need something. Terrible Service. They sent me an email that was supposed to include all the info I needed, however, the water and electric had no contact info, the gas company was incorrect, and the trash company they choose (didn't give me options) was one of the highest. Do your own research. What a waste of time.

We called to have our utilities, internet, and mailing address changed for our upcoming move. I was informed that our utilities would be turned on the day our house closed and the internet was scheduled to come out a week later. On day 3 after close, we arrive at the house to find that there is no electricity. I called Utility Connect to find out what happened and was informed that they could not move my utilities because I moved to a regulated area.
