I had a great experience with this place. Nice staff and doctor. We didn't have to wait all day, and the visit didn't take a long time either. My kids enjoyed their time here minus the finger prick, but no one likes to have their finger pricked. We will be coming here for future visits.

I absolutely love Dr. Tai as my daughter's pediatrician. He is so cordial, he has a calm demeanor, great bedside manners and he is really bright and explains things for us pretty well. Whenever my daughter is sick and I call him, he usually calls back in a timely manner and sometimes does follow up phone calls after that, which I truly appreciate. Great place to receive good quality care for your kids. Dr Rendler has gone out of his way to ensure we get the most help and treatment for our kids. The office is usually busy, so as some other reviews say, you sometimes feel rushed. And yes, the wait tends to get long. But good things come to those who wait I suppose. Been going here since my oldest was born, and I don't think I will leave until they are18!!!

They have Saturday morning hours which is very helpful. Dr. Rendler, nurse Katie and PA Courtney are always very helpful but there is often a wait and sometimes you feel rushed once you actually see the doctor.

I dread calling them to set up appointments because you're on hold for a long time. The wait time at the office is quite long as well. The front desk people are not the friendliest. The nurses are good but one of them seems overworked and needs a vacation. Dr. Rendler is definitely competent but I wish he would take more time explaining things instead of saying, "I wouldn't worry about it." I'm giving them a 4-star because while the wait time is painful, they know what they're doing.

This is a great office. I have been worked into the schedule for the same day almost everytime we call when my son is sick. If you have a choice I would see any of the doctors but Dr Rendler himself. I have noticed a few times things that make me think he doesn't really listen or reads charts. I'm sure he is busy but I don't need a lecture unless you have at least read my son's chart.

Both of my sons have been seeing Dr. Tai since we moved to Poway. The front desk and the nurse are very friendly. They called me back every timeI left a messsage, and tried to put my boy in as soon as possible if he had fever. Glad to have him as the pediatrican of my kids.

Good care but seriously the wait time here kills me!!! It usually takes at least 30 minutes to be seen and 30 is on a good day. Wish some better scheduling would be done. Just shouldn't be like that all the time!
