I took my cat there and was early but they let her stay anyway and I went shopping and the vet called me to tell me how things went and that she was ready for pickup when I got there. He was really nice and the staff were very friendly to and nice
The care and customer service at Valley Animal Hospital is beyond exceptional! Dr. Ashley and the entire staff really go out of their way to care for your fur babies. I would not hesitate to recommend VAH to anyone, seeking outstanding care and customer service.
My cats were quite content after their first boarding experience. Neither Mini nor Lilah seemed any worse for wear and both had shots, exam and treatment while there at the hotel. The staff was wonderful.. Very positive experience for all!
Today was my first time going and they couldn't have been nicer! I was pressed for time and they got my pet in and back out and throughly showed me what I needed to do for home care in plenty of time for me to still make it to work on time 😊
The best, hands down. They seem to care for your pets like they are their own. They took such good care of our cat Oliver during his last days, and they have welcomed our new puppy Barkley like he too is one of their family. Great people, love them to death.
The employees there are so kind and thoughtful! They really love the animals! I was so impressed with their customer service that I am hoping to use them for regular pet care services for my dogs. I am so happy they cared for my dogs while I was out of town. Thanks!!! A++
