Recall service and detail Detail was clean. The truck felt like new again. The recalls / repair were taken care of quickly and covered under the warranty. I was very satisfied with the service, rental use, and the customer service was excellent.
Outstanding experience and communication Outstanding GMC dealership from 1st contact and interest for possible purchase thru last contact after purchase and leaving the dealership as a satisfied customer. All team members were a pleasure to deal with and very polished in each of their job titles. I have bought numerous cars in the past and by far this dealership is tops on my list. average Didn't ask my wife about tire rotation and other mantaince. My truck needs a tire rotation and air filter could use cleaning, my wife would have agreed to these services if asked, we had just disgusted them the night before but had forgot to ask.
Pleasant experience Toma was extremely helpful and patient as we spent a couple of weeks weighing our options. The entire family at Valley Pontiac were extremely helpful and friendly.
Just a Lube I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The crew took great care of me and my car. I was especially please in the caution used when it looked like the lift wasn't aligning properly. The crew took great care to make sure the jack points were just right and avoided damage to the car. my car drives so much better probably the best I can say is that they are willing to listen and than test for them selves with a friendly attitude and than when I get the car back I found that it really was fixed..
Great staff and service Staff took care of a body to bed alignment issue and provided a loaner during the this time. They are always very friendly. John in parts is also very helpful when ordering accessories for my truck.
