Great dealership and sales team! We have used this dealership for several vehicle purchases in the past. We appreciate all aspects of it and the friendliness in general.. Friendly and communicative Set up my service appointment with Rick who was friendly on the phone. Checked in with Toby who wrote up the work sheet while Rick was busy with another customer. Barry dropped me off and showed me alternative way home when 167 backed up. Rick informed me of some other rework which would be beneficial and advised me when I could expect the car back, Rick called me when work was done and set up pickup which arrived in good time. Happy customer They take good care of you at Valley Buick GMC. The customer service is friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the work done on my truck was diagnosed and fixed. They washed my truck and vacuumed inside. First class experience.

Recall service and detail Detail was clean. The truck felt like new again. The recalls / repair were taken care of quickly and covered under the warranty. I was very satisfied with the service, rental use, and the customer service was excellent.

Outstanding experience and communication Outstanding GMC dealership from 1st contact and interest for possible purchase thru last contact after purchase and leaving the dealership as a satisfied customer. All team members were a pleasure to deal with and very polished in each of their job titles. I have bought numerous cars in the past and by far this dealership is tops on my list. Great dealership and would recommend them for sure. NOTE: I bought a GMC but could not remove Buick from drop down

average Didn't ask my wife about tire rotation and other mantaince. My truck needs a tire rotation and air filter could use cleaning, my wife would have agreed to these services if asked, we had just disgusted them the night before but had forgot to ask.
