I simply love the attentiveness, care and compassion this group of professionals display toward all animals! Since the very first time I walked into this facility, I felt my dog will be in the best care. I especially like Dr. Lawrence and so does my furry son! It is always an exciting visit for him and that is the way all dogs should feel. Additionally, the office is open 7 days a week with extended hours! Truly an examplary vet office.

First visit to the vet since I adopted my cat Rachael five years ago. Dr. Collins and the entire staff were wonderful when I told them how nervous my cat was. Very gentle with her. Rachael let them give her shots and a mani/pedi with no fuss. That’s trust.

Just wanted to say Thank You to the entire staff for all the outstanding Care that they have provided to all of my dogs over the years. We rescued a four month old puppy a month ago and we are so happy to have them in our family. They continue their traditional and take such wonderful care of him A++++

I have never in my entire long life with cats experienced such an exceptional vet and office staff as Dr. Petro and everyone in the office! Everyone's extreme patience, kindness, understand, and time spent with me as a new senior cat adopter, and Dr. Petro's most attentive, detailed and thorough exam I've ever experienced, gave me confidence my cat, and I, are now in the best vet practice in Rockland!

It is with a heavy heart that I write about the passing of our beloved Kylie. She was a beloved member of our family that always gave us her unconditional love and support. I want to thank Dr. Herman and staff for their compassion and professionalism when handling such an emotional day when we laid our Ceecee to rest. April 2022 when our Ceecee was experiencing kidney failure. They gave her a second chance. They provided great service, care and treatment plan. I thank God for all they do for our pets. We were able to have more time with Ceecee. Unfortunately, Ceecee started to experience kidney failure again in May 2023. The humane and unselfish thing to do was to lay her to rest. My pets have always received the very best care at VCAH. The doctors are attentive and kind and the other care providers are always so loving and gentle. They take the time to answer all of my questions so that I can be sure to give the best care at home. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
