Thank you staff at VCH for helping me with my stray cat Lucifer, I’m so sad I couldn’t safe him but you all were so very compassionate and so very helpful.
My cat had an infected ingrown nail and my regular vet was on vacation. Valley Cottage gave me an appointment the same day I called and they were extremely caring, thorough and capable I was very happy with the attention they gave my cat.

I switched over to VCAH when my dog was a puppy and his primary Vet. did not respond to an emergency sufficiently. Since that incident, I have continued to use VCAH now for over ten years. I have been nothing but pleased with the service that the Vets., technicians and support staff provide me and my dog. Although I have read certain unfavorable reviews in the past, I have never experienced anything but exceptional service from VCAH and trust in them.
