RecommendedMy cat had an infected ingrown nail and my regular vet was on vacation. Valley Cottage gave me an appointment the same day I called and they were extremely caring, thorough and capable I was very happy with the attention they gave my cat.

Veterinarians and veterinary technicians in Valley Cottage Animal Hospital are caring, progressive and ethical. They are honest and knowledgeable. I switched over to VCAH when my dog was a puppy and his primary Vet. did not respond to an emergency sufficiently. Since that incident, I have continued to use VCAH now for over ten years. I have been nothing but pleased with the service that the Vets., technicians and support staff provide me and my dog. Although I have read certain unfavorable reviews in the past, I have never experienced anything but exceptional service from VCAH and trust in them.

Amazing! That is the word I would use to sum up my experience at Valley Cottage Animal Hospital. They went above and beyond to help my family and I through one of the toughest days of our lives when we had to put down our dog Madison due to heart failure. Every single person from the moment you walk in the door is super friendly and attentive.
