The folks at Valley Vet ER are amazing, compassionate and thorough. The ladies working Saturday evening this past weekend were wonderful in helping us make a tough decision, and helping our daughter to cope with the loss of a very loving cat.

We took our vivi here who we ultimately lost, but they were wonderful through the week. Dr. Holly was always available and the staff was really compassionate.

Wonderful caring and compassionate staff. They took care of my Simon kitty like he was one of their own, and they were very kind to me when I was very emotional. The vet did a fantastic job at giving me frequent updates as well as information about what tests they were running and what they found. I was terrified that my baby was dying and they were able in just a couple hours to get us seen, diagnosed, on meds, and back home with a plan of care. I will definitely be going there again if we have another emergency.
