I think that the staff, from the front desk to the vet techs and vet, is very courteous, compassionate and professional. I think that we are very lucky to have this type of facility in the Winchester/Frederick County area. The only reason that I could not give 5 stars is because of the pricing. It is very expensive!

5 star service in my book. My husband and I don't know what we would have done if this place wasn't open late last night. Our toy poodle had a heart attack and was struggling to breath, fluid was building up around her heart and in her lungs. We knew she was not going to get better so I called them and was told to bring her in. The vet agreed that nothing could be done. The entire staff made the process of letting her go much easier with their compassion and thoughfulness towards her and us. We appreciate everything they did... read more
I recently had an emergency situation with my 4 month old puppy who fell and broke his tibia when I arrived this past Saturday evening they were already very busy with other traumas but they took him right back and made him comfortable prior to the vet being able to evaluate and x-ray him it was kind of a long stressful wait but they took good care of him after x-rays advised would need pins and a plate for his break the x-rays were sent to my vet my vet agreed that the surgery was necessary everything turned out great I did... read more
Everyone was amazingly compassionate!! They explained everything very clearly with us and helped us make a final decision regarding our cat.We sadly had to have him euthanized but the vet tech was so very compassionate and made him comfortable through the process,they definitely went the extra mile for us.She made us a paw print for him and placed him in a cardboard coffin for his burial.If you have an emergency then this is the place to go,they were super fast getting him back and helping us.I can't say enough wonderful thi... read more
